Joshua Karton - Amazing acting and jury trial teacher.
Judge Femia's DWI sentencing menu - In Prince George's County, Maryland, criminal jury trial prayers and appeals from District Court generally go to retired Judge Vincent Femia for a settlement hearing, except that I understand he still generally does not take guilty pleas on certain criminal categories (including handguns, employee theft, and assault on civilians). Unfortunately, I have seen unrepresented defendants receive long jail terms in District Court in Prince George's County who probably were not aware of the possibility of a better disposition before Judge Femia if they were to plead guilty before him.
